CII is Looking for experienced Implementation Consultants with a minimum of 5 years in delivering multiple software projects. The ideal candidate will have software implementation experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of ERP systems – preferrably SAP Business One, All-in-One, or FICO.

The selected candidate will be responsible for working to define the requirements associated with implementing financial systems for midsized to large scale businesses. We are looking for people who can work in a diverse team of consultants and technical resources while engaging clients at both an operational level to configure an ERP software solution and deliver training to client end users. Success is dependent on a strong work ethic and good interpersonal skills.


Work with internal technical resources to conduct the preliminary analysis of client requirements and define the work effort required to meet their objectives
Contribute to the preparation of a Statement of Work by providing Task detail and estimates of effort
Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates to the Project Plan along with communication to the client as directed by the Project Manager
Participate in regular meetings with internal team members to ensure understanding and achievement of project deliverables
Identify issues and impacts to the project scope in advance and engage internal leadership and client management to develop action plan
Adhere to the Program Management Implementation Plan
Able to travel to locations when necessary

Reqd. Skills:

Financial/ERP Knowledge

At least 5 years of experience implementing ERP systems
Certified Accounting Designation or equivalent industry experience enabling the candidate to provide strong guidance to clients through the implementation process preferred
Familiarity with GAAP

Business Development/Client Engagement

Must be able to lead a team with recommendations and standards for Implementation.

·Must be a strong leader and have intimate knowledge of all transactions within the Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Service modules.
·Able to take high-level business requirements and Tasks required to meet the Key Deliverables and Major Milestones
·Excellent communication and analytical skills with theability to communicate internally and externally in a manner that is clear and concise when identifying needs and presenting alternative business solutions
·Should have minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementation experience.
·Should have good communication skills.
·Able to prioritize conflicting requirements and following up on action items to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
·Fluent in English, both written and verbal, as the role will involve ongoing client interaction including face-to-face consultation and end-user training


Proficiency with the following:

MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
MS Project or equivalent project management software tool
ERP software – SAP Business One, Great Plains, Navision, Global Shop or a similar software solution
